With over 20 years of experience, Kelly is a specialist relationship therapist working with couples and individuals to improve their relational dynamics.

For Couples:

Kelly works with the full spectrum of relationship challenges: conflict and communication breakdown, emotional disconnection, infidelity and betrayal, mismatched intimacy, and the relational wounds that follow people across relationships. She is a well-known specialist in infidelity recovery for both couples and individuals.

Her approach draws on Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, The Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems, and Sex and Intimacy Therapy.

Clients build self-awareness and relational capacity, develop new strategies for communication and repair, and take away tools they can use beyond the therapy room.

For Women:

Kelly works with deep relational patterns, attachment dynamics, intergenerational trauma, and disconnection from the body. Sessions combine talk therapy with somatic processes to support trauma integration, self-awareness and lasting relational shifts

Kelly offers regular somatic and relationship workshops on the Sunshine Coast and is a respected member of the health and relationship community in Australia and beyond.
