About

Jaime-Lee has been involved with deep process-oriented innerwork and bodywork her whole adult life. Initially inspired through rebirthing breathwork and various bodywork modalities, her approach is centred in presence with our somatic and emotional experience.

Jaime-Lee appreciates the power of compassionate relationality to support change and is currently completing her Masters of Gestalt Psychotherapy. Gestalt is grounded in relationality, field theory, experimentation and whole-bodied attention to the here-and-now. She wiĺl be offering Gestalt Psychotherapy upon completion of her Masters from the end of 2026.

Meanwhile, she will be available from Noosa Health and Wellness Collective for Gestalt-influenced counselling, Family & Systemic Constellation work, and ZenThai Shiatsu based bodywork.

Family & Systemic Constellations are often experienced in groups, but can also be utilised one-on-one. This modality is helpful in widening perspective and supporting healthy change by addressing the wider relational systems that influence our lives.

ZenThai Shiatsu is a deeply nurturing and grounded bodywork modality, practiced fully clothed on a mat on the floor. It is highly effective in supporting nervous system regulation, as well as visceral or structural concerns.

Other significant areas of influence on Jaime-Lee's approach include somatic relational inquiry through Contact Improvisation dance, and our lived experience of embryological and early childhood development through the lens of Bonnie Bainbridge-Cohen's Body-Mind Centering work.
