About

Compassionate, integrative medical support for chronic invisible illness

If you’re living with ongoing symptoms that don’t show up clearly on tests — if you’ve been told “everything looks normal” but you don’t feel normal — you are not imagining this.

Many people with chronic invisible illness live with persistent, fluctuating symptoms that are difficult to explain, measure or fit neatly into a single diagnosis.

I am an Australian General Practitioner (MBBS FRACGP) who supports people living with chronic invisible illnesses such as Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) and dysautonomias including Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), using a compassionate and integrative medical approach.

My work is for those who have seen multiple clinicians, felt unheard or dismissed and are seeking care that takes their lived experience seriously.

Invisible illness is complex and real. I offer a considered, supportive approach that allows symptoms to be explored over time, without dismissal, oversimplification or pressure to “push through.”

How I approach care

My approach integrates medical assessment with a whole-person understanding of health.

Alongside clinical evaluation, I consider how factors such as nervous system regulation, circadian rhythms, nutrition, lifestyle and the impact of prolonged stress or illness may be influencing symptoms. Rather than focusing on isolated issues, I work with patients to recognise patterns over time and support the body gently and respectfully.

Please note that I offer a specialised consulting service and do not offer routine GP care such as skin checks and pap smears. Instead, I focus on providing thorough investigation, diagnostic clarification and management for complex medical conditions.
