Christine is the founder of NOBIA, a qualified Advanced Lymphatic Drainage Therapist and Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) student. With a special interest in nervous system regulation, energetic healing, and holistic wellbeing, she is passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies through gentle, personalised care.

Her work combines lymphatic drainage, nervous system regulation, energy healing, herbal medicine, infrared sauna therapy, LED light therapy, auricular therapy, and restorative bodywork to create deeply personalised wellness experiences. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, each session is intuitively tailored to meet the individual where they are and support what their body needs most.

Christine has a particular interest in supporting those experiencing stress, burnout, fluid retention, hormonal imbalances, chronic inflammation, skin concerns such as acne and congestion, and nervous system dysregulation, as well as anyone seeking a deeper sense of balance, connection, and wellbeing.

At the heart of her work is the belief that healing happens when the body feels safe. By creating a nurturing environment, Christine helps clients slow down, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with their body’s innate capacity for healing.
