About

I'm a Masters-qualified psychotherapist based in Noosa on the Sunshine Coast.

But I'm not about rattling off psych theory, handing out worksheets and affirmations, then collecting my fee. I found my way to holistic psychotherapy after being on the other side of the couch.

Experiencing mental illness, neurodivergence, and chronic illness left me struggling to figure out the answers to my health, my relationships - and, well, my life!

After seeing so many experts and still not getting the answers I was after, I started to look away from the mainstream and also embrace holistic wellness. Here, I was able to respect the science but also build my confidence, my identity, process the past and finally begin my path forward.

This looked like gaining a Bachelor of Psychological Science, Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy specialising in holistic practice, training as an EMDR therapist, and in trauma-informed and neuro-affirming care, and working in adult and paediatric mental health care before establishing my private practice.

Now I share my expertise gained from my lived-experience and professional qualifications to give my clients (YOU!) the chance to transform into the happiest, healthiest versions of themselves.
