Code Of Conduct.
This Code of Conduct is in place to create and maintain a safe, ethical, and enjoyable place of work and treatment for all who interact with the Noosa Health and Wellness Collective.
Overview
The terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and '“NHWC” refer to the sole trader business Noosa Health and Wellness Collective, owned by Christine Davies. ‘Site’ refers to this web address www.noosawellnesscollective.com.au/code-of-conduct, and ‘Rooms’ refers to the NHWC physical space including the waiting rooms, practitioner rooms, and shared tea rooms and bathrooms. By signing a NHWC Licence to Occupy Rooms you agree to this Code of Conduct, without modification, and acknowledge reading them.
We reserve the right to change this Code of Conduct or to impose new conditions, from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Code of Conduct on this Site and communicate with you in writing of the changes. By continuing to use the Rooms after we post any such changes means you accept the new Code of Conduct with the modifications.

Rooms
Please keep practitioner rooms and waiting rooms tidy and in a suitable condition for the next practitioner’s use. Please remove all belongings from the room at the end of the day, with exception of items permitted for storage by NHWC in storage containers in the room.
Synthetic fragrances are not to be used in the rooms (i.e. no candles, room sprays, room fresheners, or the like). If you would like a scented room spray, please contact NHWC and we will provide you with a non-synthetic option.
Noise must be kept at a minimum so as not to disturb other NHWC practitioners and tenants in Quamby place.
Room cleaning is provided weekly. Cloths, spray, and a vacuum is available on site for use for any spills. Only natural cleaning products are used, so please only use the cleaning products provided.
Tea Room and Food
The tea room is a shared space with other tenants in Quamby Place. Please be mindful of keeping it a clean space, and wash, dry, and put away all dishes immediately after use.
The fridge in the tea room is common property and shared with other tenants as well as the NHWC. All items must be removed at the end of the day and food cannot be stored overnight in the fridge.
No food to be stored in practitioner rooms.
End of Day
Please use the communication board at the front desk to let others know when you have arrived and when you have left for the day. If you are the last practitioner working please turn off lights, the air conditioning, and lock the door behind you. If for any reason you are unsure if you are the last practitioner working for that day, please turn off lights, air conditioning, and lock the door behind you as a precaution.
